Block D Session 2:15 – 3:00 PM
At the Riverside School Board, Consultants have asked the BIG question about how to better promote school libraries as the other space for learning in a school. Teachers and library personnel are exploring together the many relationships between school libraries, the physical and virtual spaces, learning, reading, and student success. Here is a presentation about Riverside’s experience and hopefully it will spark ideas that you will be able to import and adapt into your work situation.

Gigi Nadeau
Gigi works as a Librarian Consultant with Riverside School Board. She is absolutely passionate about school libraries and the many ways to animate library spaces, to develop healthy environments and to promote children’s literature.
