Hello Quebec school librarians,
As you may know, there are a group of people tirelessly working at the MEES on the Québec Reading Connection to help “to further the development of language learning, cultural awareness and the love of reading in children and young people.” In the interests of achieving that goal, they are offering a series of workshops this school year on several topics that might be of interest to school library personnel and others who are involved in the world of education.
I encourage you to take a look at what they are offering this year and see if any of their workshops could be helpful. Please also share this with anyone who you think may be interested.
If you are interested in having a workshop at your board, you can contact your board librarian(s) or educational consultants, who can then inquire about having a workshop take place at your board.
