Caine’s Arcade seems to be a landmark video in the makerspaces movement for children. After watching a webinar on Interactive Learning in the Library, I watched this film, and it really impressed me with how far a child will go once engaged in a project. I hope to compile more resources from this webinar and share them on this site in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, have a look at Caine’s Arcade and you will see that it doesn’t take lots of money or a 3D printer to get a makerspace going. All it takes is some cardboard and a lot of imagination.
